How to reconfigure Postfix to another port (465/587)?

Tell me how to reconfigure Postfix to another port (the provider blocks the 25th)?. I heard that 465 and 587 can be used bypass (the provider does not block these ports). I try to uncomment submission inet n and adjacent main.cf, but zero response.
In the logs it gives Connection timed out
