The task is this, the user takes a picture or selects a picture from the gallery. My task is to understand what is in the image, a photo of a document (text) or a photo of an object (or just some kind of picture). If there is a document (text) in the picture - issue one message, if not - another.
Interested in any library or service. It is desirable that this recognition works locally on the device, but if this is not possible, then I allow some kind of online service (although the first is more interesting).
