How to recognize the buttons that the bot gives?

Hello! There is such a group in VK as autopost. And it has one feature, it can display which buttons in the bot any user has (if the bot gave the user buttons of course). How to get all the information about these buttons through api without clicking on it?
The buttons are like this (not inline buttons):

You can get the message history with messages.getHistory , and see if each message has a keyboard attached to it
