It is planned to use blue pill + OV7670 to recognize meter readings.
The algorithm already knows how to find the positions of the numbers, it remains to recognize them.
At the input - characters (numbers 0-9) size 15 * 43 in grayscale.
The STM32F103 has ~10Kb of RAM left.
