How to receive rss feed by mail?

Are there any solutions for reading rss in the mail:
During the day, news headlines are accumulated with links to the full news of the selected rss channels and at a certain time (I would like once every knock) this is all sent by letter to the mailbox.

There are recipes if you search once a day and more often.
I used IFTTT myself, and Google gives out a bunch of other bikes.
