1. Western Union can only be received in cash at the bank with a passport .
In Russia, only a few banks allow you to credit Western Union online to a card or account. One of these banks is Vanguard .
2. You can send Western Union online, from a card on the site, or through QIWI, Yandex.Money or the Internet banking interface, if there is such an opportunity.
Normally, no one needs to register anywhere. You only need to know the name and surname of the recipient, the country and the amount of the transfer.
This is not an electronic payment system.
