How to receive calls from Android to iPod?

Hello! I have an iPod with iOS 7.1.2.
There is a simple Android 2.3 (MTS SIM card (if it helps with something))
I would like to know how to programmatically forward calls from Android to iPod?
UPD: jailbreak done.
