How to receive and send GPS coordinates on Android?

Good evening.
Task: When starting the application, get the device's gps coordinates and send a post request (lat, lon) to the server.
Didn't work with Java or Android. There are many questions and mistakes, but there are no “shifts”. I read similar questions here in the bourgeoisie, but it looks like "hands-hooks".
Maybe someone has a ready-made solution (if there is - poke where to insert and what to do with it)?

@jsom

you put Phonegap
along with it a geolocation plugin
on js as in the example, + ajax request to the server or where you need
docs.phonegap.com/en/2.5.0/cordova_geolocation_geo...
...
although there are a lot of rakes on the phonegap installation path, like consoles, nodges and other things, but in my opinion this is the easiest way to get a working version
...
geolocation plows only on hardware, on emulators only with a tambourine (on android, connecting by telnet and transferring coordinates to the emulator)

In activity I use the following structure:
gps = new GPSTracker(StartActivity.this);

        // check if GPS enabled
        if(gps.canGetLocation()){

            double latitude = gps.getLatitude();

            double altitude = gps.getAltitude();
            double speed = gps.getSpeed();
            double bearing = gps.getBearing();
            double speedLimitA = ((10*1000)/(60*60));

            // \n is for new line
            Toast.makeText(getApplicationContext(), "Your Location is - \nLat: " + latitude
                    + "\nLong: " + longitude
                    + "\nAlt:" + altitude, Toast.LENGTH_LONG).show();
            Intent intent = new Intent(this, Logik_Activity.class);
            intent.putExtra("alt",altitude);
            intent.putExtra("speed",speed);
            intent.putExtra("bearing",bearing);
            if (speed < speedLimitA){
                startActivity(intent);
            }
            // if speed > 0 then AAA else BBB

        }else{
            // can't get location
            // GPS or Network is not enabled
            // Ask user to enable GPS/network in settings
            gps.showSettingsAlert();
        }

You need to insert the code accordingly, not for the transition, but for sending the data. Unfortunately, I have not been involved in sending POST requests for Android - I can’t help yet.
Himself a week ago for Android sat down. :) How rich ...

@nurgasemetey

For POST requests, use AsyncTask (optimized threads for Android, less hassle) and some framework like Retrofit( link )
