How to rebuild Raid-5?

The HDD fell out of raid-5 (several years ago), now it has been replaced with a hot one (got a BSOD), turned off the server, pulled out a new HDD, launched it, inserted a new HDD, rebuild started.
In the log, Rebuild writes the following message Fail and so on again. (all this happens with a new drive).
I stopped Rebuild, clicked remove (on the new hdd in the web console of the raid), after which the process began - Reconstruct (now 25%). The new drive is in the Fail state.
(Server from Craftway, Raid SRCU42X, 4 working HDD 70GB, 1 new 140GB)
In the help for the raid controller it is written that when the physical disk is removed from the array, the raid will change from raid-5/raid-1 to raid-0. Will it be possible to restore everything back?
What happens at the end of the process? And what to do in this situation?

- and you are brave.
When the reconstruction is finished, the new disk will most likely become OK, just wait.
If the rebuild fails automatically, enter the raid management console, connect the new disk to the desired array manually, and start the rebuild.
