How to rebuild jar?

The crux of the matter is this, there is a ready-made j2me (jar) application!
Here's how I operate.
1. Downloaded it and decompiled it.
2. I ran it through the deobusifier. (I used PGD, 40% I renamed it to normal view myself)
3. Added it to the project on NetBeans and compiled
The problem is this
: 1. It compiles without errors, but when I run it on the emulator, it displays this error -
Start failed of applicattion YouClass
2. In NetBeans JDK 1.8 + ME SDK 8.0 was installed, instead of a phone emulator there is some f..ny
