How to realize LG SmartTV remote control?

Good afternoon !
Tell me what are the ways to control a TV on SmartTV from a browser using a web application or a mobile application on React?
Interested in a way to create a p2p connection between a TV and a phone (browser) connected to the same Wifi network.

I could not find such information in LG api.

I found such a repository with useful materials regarding tv platforms

And in the Third-party remote control libraries section, none of the packages work for me (they are all on Node or sockets)
