How to read/decrypt a .bacup file?

I unloaded .bacup from the android application (reminder) and I need all the reminders that were, but the date and time do not want to show! The file was opened through Visual Studio.
How can you try to solve this issue?

Android stores strings in UTF-16 In
general, it is better to look at such files in hex form.
