How to read data from SPK Aries?

Hello!
There was a need to read data (two int values) that are stored in SEC 107 manufactured by OWEN, connected to a computer using AC4 - an interface converter, dug up on one forum that there is some library in C # with which this can be organized without the participation of an OPC server.
Maybe someone knows something similar?
