How to re-license PhpStorm to an individual one?

I realized that for some reason I pay for team use when I'm not working in a team. Now I want to switch to the monthly model for individual use,
I do it like this:
1) on the page with the list of licenses, I press "get quote"

2) this garbage opens

3) I click "delete" the selected license option by default, this garbage appears

4) I click "Select new licenses in JetBrains Store"
5) I choose this "Buy now"

6) I get this

return to point 1, an endless loop ..

You put the license in the shopping cart.
Delete the license from the cart.
With your current license, logically, nothing happens.
Try on the main page of the profile, first unsubscribe, then issue a new one
