How to raise a site on Symfony?

Good afternoon!
I decided not to collect crutches in Google and immediately went here.
Came a backup of a site that uses symfony.
Backup structure:

-rw-r--r--  1 des des 4783671 дек 14 16:00 dump.sql
drwxr-xr-x  3 des des    4096 дек 10 16:59 apps
drwxr-xr-x  2 des des    4096 дек 14 15:57 config
drwxr-xr-x  6 des des    4096 дек 10 16:59 lib
drwxr-xr-x 48 des des    4096 дек 10 16:59 plugins
-rw-r--r--  1 des des     482 май 23  2013 symfony
drwxr-xr-x  2 des des    4096 дек 14 15:57 tools
drwxr-xr-x 12 des des    4096 дек 14 15:55 web

Explain, preferably in steps, you can in a line.
How to raise the site with this data?
What is done:
1. $ sudo apt-get install git php5-cli php5-dev mysql-server php5-mysql php5-intl php-apc
2. Настроен /etc/php5/cli/php.ini
3. Апач ждет базовую директорию.

- Do I need to know which SF is used 1 or 2? How to understand which of what is in the backups?
- How to install SF!!!?
- Where should I put the contents of the backup?
Thank you.
P.S. Never worked with SF before, only Django and Ruby. (not familiar with php)

@desperadik

1. no difference
2. why?
3. The web folder must be the root of the web server.
set up, launch the site.
in parallel you open an error broad gull. by mistake you correct configuration parameters and so on.
as soon as it turned out that there are no errors and the site shows everything - bravo, you transferred the site!

@alex1442

for simplicity, raise the -t parameter built into the php web server - the root directory web/app_dev.php - the script router to which all requests are received to check if the dependencies of the php modules are satisfied, start the server as: In the browser, type: In this case, to open the site you will have to enter to the address bar of the browser router script name: database access parameters in the file (symfony2) Above we wrote the settings for sf1
