How to raise a bricked netgear wnr612v2 (OpenWRT)?

As a result of incorrect configuration of the router, the interface fell off. The reset button does not reset the settings to default. Webmuzzle does not work, gives out settings:

Autoconfig IPv4 Address: 169.254.174.209
IPv4 Subnet Mask: 255.255.0.0
IPv4 Default Gateway:

Setting static settings does not work (ssh, telnet don't work either). You can connect to the WIFI network, but it does not go to the global through it, and otherwise the results are the same as WAN.
Googling led me to "failsave mode". When the reset button is pressed for a long time while the router is turned on, the sys indicator remains in a blinking state, but the behavior does not change, except that WIFI does not rise.

according to the idea in this mode, it should have the address 192.168.0.1
and you should set 192.168.0.2 on the network card manually and upload the firmware in recovery mode via the web interface

He himself turned this router into a brick. You need to connect directly by wire (to the LAN 1 port on the router). Specify static IP settings: 192.168.1.2 Mask: 255.255.255.0 Gateway 192.168.1.1.
Next, upload the firmware via TFTP, after entering Failsafe (the router is in failsafe if the power LED is flashing).

In failsave, it was not possible to reach him, but with the help of DHCP, it turned out to give him settings and go to the web interface. Thanks for the help.
