How to quickly take notes?

On the Mac, there is an outline service, it’s convenient, I set up burning keys and with one click the selected text enters the window, but the text is compressed there and you need to edit the percentage of content with a slider.

It is convenient when you are studying a topic, not to select, copy and then paste it somewhere into the document, but send it with one click. Does any other application have such functionality to set it up like this?
