How to quickly master a language?

The crux of the matter is this.
Initially, there are some small basic understanding of the C# language. I worked at home myself, I tried to do something myself + a colleague who knows c ++ helped with solving some not difficult problems.
At work, I was offered to do programming, and since I had long wanted to, I dreamed of doing it tightly, I decided to take a chance.
Programming in asp.net mvc respectively. I've been learning to code for a couple of months now. And in general, I ran into a problem, one gets the feeling that I think differently than my colleagues who are programming in the same language. Sometimes I reach some elementary things with a creak or even wildly stupid.
Because there is no such training. The question arose, what should be emphasized and how best to develop a base? Constantly pop up problems with elementary things.
