How to quickly learn frameworks? Like react js?

Good afternoon!
I know the basics of javascript / jquery, I know how to typeset, an example of a plugin (which I made myself): werax.ru
But, these technologies, I learned from video tutorials on YouTube, and it's very long. Question: Is it possible to learn react js just by reading the documentation? and so faster?
Everything is bad in English (but I will use a translator).

@werax

Documentation is a great option.
Also, you can quickly learn the basics of react using this tutorial (ru text)

Can. And learning from the documentation is much faster. And video lessons are evil, text is better.

udemy.com
I mainly study there. Then, if you suddenly need in the process of work, comes the dock and Google.

Learning is possible
Learning to write on it is not a fact
Take it and write something already
For example, a client to themoviedatabase - they have an open API and documentation standards

UPD: I did not notice that the author himself already indicated the link to this tutorial. But I will leave my comment as an independent view :)
Hello.
In my experience, the key word is not documentation, but tutorial. Understand the principles first, and then refer to the documentation for details during projects.
If we talk about react, then here is a very good tutorial on it and on redux: https://m.habr.com/post/279249/
By the way, in Russian, and the author updates it constantly. In the first part, only react, in the second, a little more about the industrial cycle of development and assembly of the frontend.
