How to quickly get a diploma as a programmer?

Greetings.
There was such a problem.
I'm from Ukraine. Entered this year in the Ukrainian university for a computer specialty.
Not for the sake of knowledge, for the sake of a diploma.
I am planning to immigrate. The easiest way is working immigration.
The problem is that even if the employer does not mind hiring you, you suit him, then immigration law gets in the way. They need a diploma, even if you crack.
Vaughn, in 2020, Germany now has a simplified work law for foreigners, but no. For programmers, a vocational secondary diploma, no less.
At the same time, I did not 100% decide to immigrate. There is also an idea to go to Russia and study law.
But I do not want to lose the safety net in the form of a diploma.
I am in 1st course. And it turns out, to wait for a bachelor's degree for 3 years!
The externship was canceled, we don't have it.
There was an idea to transfer to a Russian university, to pass everything as an external student and that's it. But no, the second higher education will be paid. I don't want that kind of pleasure.
Can you please advise how to solve this? Is there a way out of this situation? Too bad to waste 3 years.
I thought about getting an external contract. But I do not know if the second higher education will be paid in this case.
Thanks in advance!

The most honest option is to wait three years and work in parallel. So you will have experience and a clean diploma. It is better, of course, to get a fundamental education, that is, to really study, but this is your business.
I would also recommend seeing if the diploma of the university where you study will be accepted by Germany for their equivalent of a bachelor. They have a special website for this, and not all universities are there. Well, education should be close enough to IT.
By the way, you can move without a diploma, with 5+ years of experience or even less. Only then no one will immediately give you a blue card (although, according to the law, they can, but there were not so many precedents), only a work visa.

You need to buy a diploma and that's it.
