How to quickly "drive" DNS changes in index?

Welcome all.
Of course, the title is a bit SEO, but it just so happened :)

I made changes in the domain, registered an A-record, and now I'm sitting, waiting, waiting for whois to see them, and at the same time my provider's dns server.
I know that the result should be expected from several hours to a couple of days. But is there really no way to notify the dns servers about changes?

@bondbig

~ # rndc reload domain.com

Also smoke mana over DNS, the keyword is TTL. I recommend not to reduce below 300, but this is already to your taste.

If users were given the opportunity to notify dns-servers about changes, they will notify these servers to death.

the master can send an update singal to the slave
bind so it works when the serial zone increases

And whois then what does it have to do with it? It has nothing to do with A-records at all.
