How to quickly develop business card sites and simple corporate sites on wordpress at the start?

Hello!
I assume that with the help of ready-made themes and widgets.
Are all widgets available for simple functionality? And is this approach enough for undemanding customers?
I think the initial knowledge of html, css should be enough for this tactic, or am I mistaken?
And then I got to study the stretch of the topic from scratch, using hooks, functions, etc. It seems to me that non-trivial sites can be made much easier. But this is for a start, and then it is natural to pump thoroughly.
Thanks for the replies!

Are all tools suitable for simple mechanisms?
If the customer is not just not demanding, but he doesn't give a shit - quite))
Yes
TK -> Design -> Layout -> Programming
If you change something in any of the steps, you will have to change the next

Hello.
With the growing popularity of paid ready-made themes and all sorts of visual editors, such as Visual Composer, many people manage to make websites without any knowledge of html and css.
Therefore, the question here is more of what exactly you want to do and whether you can then sell IT to someone.

Yes, you can make shitty sites knowing only the basics of layout. But no one will give you more than 10k for such a site. If you are satisfied with bread crumbs, then to health.

Of course, there is no one size fits all. But if you have a solid understanding of the existence of certain categories of clients with standardizable requirements, you can make a kit of a plugin "truncate the admin" for microsite customers, or use a ready-made whitelabel for the admin. For one-pagers, take the inexpensive commercial OnePress plugin for example. And for standard microsites - Visual Composer, if you need to quickly "make bricks" and not bother.
But if your clients have non-standard requirements in every case, this won't work.
