How to quickly deploy a slave for a large MySQL database?

Introductory
0) slave (slaves) failed
1) a large database on the master (let it be 50GB)
2) binlog does not contain all the data, i.e. on it all base you will not unroll
3) it is impossible to stop the master server.
How can you get out of this situation and predict the algorithm of actions in advance?
