How to quickly and easily translate pictures on a PC?

As I understand from the tests, the best translator from the picture at the moment is the application for android, google translate. (yandex-does not see the test, SCREEN TRANSLATOR-does not see the test, New OCR-Thinks that m is n) But the problem is that google translate only works on android. I tried to run it through BlueStacks but the code gives error e-5105 or e-807. The only thing that more or less works for me is a bunch of AirDroid, AutoIt Window Info, AutoIt, Scissors, Explorer, Opera. But the code written in AutoIt is slow and not very stable in conjunction with AirDroid.
