How to put yandex maps in the footer of a landing page?

With scrolling zoom, it’s clear that the problem is with scrolling on touch devices, which goes into drag maps. I would like to keep drag, but not to interfere.
Can you make an activation button for the card? Or what other tricks are there?

On top of the map, there is one div that hides ( destroys ) on click and has the inscription "Click to access the map". Not?
