How to put quotes through nircmdc?

Example:

start notepad
nircmdc clipboard set "Hello ""w""orld!!!"
nircmdc sendkeypress ctrl+v

I can't put quotes through nircmdc in the text pasted from the buffer.
Do you really have to write a separate loop to replace certain identifying "tags" (like "e;) with regular quotes?
