How to put links in Instagram stories to a third-party site?

In stories, I often notice that at the bottom of the picture there is a link "more" and "more" leading to another site. Can you tell me how this can be organized?

To add a link, click on the "chain" icon at the top of your story. A new window will appear on your screen allowing you to enter a link. Enter the full URL and click the green check mark (on Android) or Done (on iOS)
