How to put? in node url on drupal 7?

Good day. Please tell me, I am transferring a lot of materials (30,000+) from self-written cms to drupal 7. There was a need to save old addresses for existing records. They have the following url /news.php?26141
If you set the page address in drupal like this - news.php?26141, then it will be replaced with this news.php%3F26141
How to make sure that the question mark does not change to %3F ?

no way, ? is a special character for the URL, so it cannot be used unencoded. It is only used to separate the get parameters from the main part of the url. maybe only writing the necessary rules in htaccess will help
