How to put in autorun from python code?

I want my Python program to automatically add to autoload after its launch so that it automatically starts on all users (even new ones) as administrator.
There was an attempt to run on behalf of NT Authority\SYSTEM through the Task Scheduler, but the problem is that the program is launched in a zero session, where there is no access to the desktop (I cannot take screenshots).
