How to put dehydrated on nginx+apache?

Axis - centos
nginx+apache
Need to install ssl from Letsencrypt, dehydrated client.
Apache uses ssl, dehydrated seems to be installed on nginx. I tried to install dehydrated, as a result, both Apaches and Nix used the same port, Nix fell.
To be honest, I'm stupid, and xs from which side to approach so as not to destroy everything.

Apache uses ssl

why does he use ssl? if port 443 is already occupied by another process, then naturally there will be errors.
nginx is frontend, apache is backend.
ssl needs to be configured on the frontend.
