How to put additional mCrypt and ZIP libraries in OcStore?

Additional mCrypt and ZIP libraries do not work in OcStore in XAMPP. After searching, I found out that it was the PHP version, but I couldn’t install the new (old) version, I tried this guide https://jenssegers.com/installing-php-5-6-and-mcry... Maybe someone already encountered this problem and he has solutions to this problem
