This entry is in the DNS server logs. These entries have nothing to do with nginx, so it's not clear why you want to display any page.
Or are you blocking access to somedomainname.ru and want to notify the user about it? Then it is worth redirecting requests to somedomainname.ru to some deny.local, which will give out a page about the blocking.
