I put a beget on the hosting (simple shared, no VDS is needed). any tariff is suitable - they have WSGI included.
a little dancing with a tambourine (with their standard manual) - and everything works. (however, during the last deployment, problems with installing python3 got out - there were not enough libraries in the userspace), but their support itself installed python3 for me)
