1. I only have a phone in my hands.
2. The site I need offers to pay for my product using a Quarcode, and shows me a picture on its site
3. I want to click on the Quarcode in the browser and immediately go to the banking application for payment

For example, we write a link in the attribute:
- For phone numbers href= "tel:"
- for mail href="mailto:"

Is it possible to register this for qrcode for payment?

Otherwise, I have to:
1. take a screenshot of the quarcode
2. open the bank application and upload a screenshot with the quarcode there.
This is not very convenient, as for me.

To do this, you need to add a banking application so that it registers its protocol, persuade other banks to do the same and jointly change the standard of information contained in the qr-code.
But banks that need it do it easier and add QR code scanning directly to their applications.

And what's the problem with using not a qr-code, but simply making a link in the form of an image? What then is the point of using a qr-code if you are going to use it for other purposes?

There are two options.

1. Or there is a regular link in the qrcode (and then it can be scanned by anything), with all the information about the payment, which the application then picks up. Then you just need to use this link.
   
2. Or there is only information about the payment (then it can only be scanned by the bank application). Then you won't do anything.
