How to push tabs into the header in vs code?

How to push tabs into the header in vs code, while removing the menu?

The output should be like in a browser without a panel with a search bar (although there are a lot of other panels on the sides and bottom, but oh well). In this case, simply hiding the menu is not an option, the title remains.
