How to push an uninitialized directory on a laptop to an old git repository?

I had r0 directory on laptop and r0 repository on git. Pushed from the directory to rap.
Os broke. Files from the directory were transferred to a USB flash drive. Transferred without the system folders of the git.
Reinstalled OS.

you need to continue pushing from the r0 directory to the r0 rep.
You can create a new one. But I would like to continue pushing into the old one.

How to initialize by linking the directory r0 to its old turnip r0? The current version of the project lies on the laptop in the p0 directory.
