How to push a website into your android application?

You need to create your own application that can be downloaded from Google play. The essence of the application is simple. Clicking on it opens the address of a certain web page. Do you need a ready-made solution or lessons in Russian, or at least in which direction to look ??? I found ready-made solutions, but they do not fit because they insert their ads into the application

Do you need the site to open in the browser, or in the application itself? If the latter, then google Cordova, Phonegap, NativeScript, XDK

Cordova, as I understand it, creates an application from html, css, js. And it is necessary that the application opens the site, only not in the browser, but in the application. Or is it possible to call the site with the help of frames?

It's called WebView.
For example PhoneGap docs.phonegap.com/en/edge/guide_platforms_android_...
Or Xamarin there is an example out of the box, but best of all, download the standard Android developer kit there in android studio, the example is also ready and native.
