How to “pump” UX / UI as a freelance designer?
The time for learning web design has come to an end and a decision has been made to work as a freelancer.
I know that working in a good web studio is good because you learn quickly, because. every day you get a good feed-back and the same "best-practice".
But what if you work alone as a freelancer? How to compensate for the lack of people who share real experiences with you? Is studio work a panacea? How to educate yourself to become in demand, for example, as a UX designer and create really good solutions that would be recognized by the best UX specialists?
PS At the moment I do not consider work in the office, as well as remote work.

And who told you that people do not share?
There are a million and one articles about Yui on Habré, you also take a lot of conferences on Yui and go to any.
Look for customers who are willing to give feedback.
But in general, imho, it's most effective to go to the studio.
Good question :)
However, the solution to this problem is just like scrap and has been successfully used throughout the planet for millennia. After all, this is obvious, if you have literature, but there is neither the mentor himself, nor the prospects for finding him in the near future, the adherent of the teaching should not lose heart! He must remember that the cornerstone of the teaching he diligently comprehends is not strength, dexterity, cunning or courage, but the honed skill of rational thinking. If there is no one to fully teach you, find someone from whom you can at least learn.
In short, don't be foolish and find yourself a senpai! :)
