How to pull commits from a repository?

There is a repository with an unaccepted pull request, there are many commits inside it. I need to upload this repository with all the commits on another computer, because according to the github the repository was updated 2 months ago and, accordingly, when it is uploaded, this data is not pulled up, and I made the last commit yesterday, and I need to transfer these commits to another computer, this is possible without accepting a pull request?
