How to pull code from a WP plugin?

The essence of my question is as follows: There is a WP contact form7 plugin that generates a form for sending user data to me, and so it gives me a shortcode, but I don’t see the code itself, but should the function that it generated be written somewhere? Help, does anyone know where she is?

Why do you need it?
The shortcode is inserted into the post body, or into the code via do_shortcode(), and you get html on the finished page.
What do you not like about this chain?
