How to publish articles in a separate category?

Need a section of the site with articles. Like a mini blog in the store.
How to display texts in a separate category, what would be a brief and complete news (article)? Or is it better to put the CMS on a subdomain? But this, as far as I know, will greatly worsen indexing.

With the help of third-party modules, perhaps, the engine does not have built-in tools (full-fledged) for blogging / news. Of course, you can get confused and create a separate article page with a list of links to other articles and manually update the page, but you yourself understand that this is not at all the same.
