How to publish an article with a photo in Telegraph using a bot?

I wanted to make a telegram bot that will accept a photo from the user, after issuing a link to the Telegraph.
In Telegraph, after clicking on the link, I want there to be a photo that the user sent to the bot.
After reading the Telegraph API documentation, I did not find an item with a photo, tell me an article or a piece of code as possible from sending a photo to the bot, a link was given to Telegraph and there was this photo.
