How to publish an application in the appstore?
Hello. After you have developed an application for iOS, you need to publish it. In this regard, I have a question. What is the best way to do this due to the specifics of the appstore? I have 2 options,
1) Register myself and publish on my own
2) Send the registration link to the client, he registers as a developer, then pays 99 bucks and sends me logs and password and I already go to his console and publish
Which of do you recommend options? And then suddenly there are some pitfalls. Will you get scheme 2 for publishing the application not in the store, but for example in Ad-hoc first for testing the application?

For testing on several tablets, you can attach a developer certificate and a profile to several tablets and do without an appstore at all, yes. There is some other distribution option for previously unattached devices, but not through an appstore. But I can't say for sure.
And about the fill - it's not clear what is meant. Technically how?
I compiled the application online using Adobe PhoneGap Build, signed with my distribution certificate. And then I started the application on iTunesConnect, and the IPA file was uploaded by ApplicationLoader using the virtual MacInCloud.
But to publish it on my own or from the customer ...
Probably better from the customer. Especially if the app is not free. Well, or then settle all the issues of transfers and other things ...
