How to provide HA on XenServer?

There is a XenServer node connected to the iscsi target (disk storage on Linux).
The problem is the following: (after a simultaneous physical reboot of the servers (turn off the electricity))
XenServer boots in 5 minutes
Linux storage in 15
and it turns out that XenServer cannot connect immediately to the disk storage and therefore is not a virtual machine starter, and when the storage becomes available, it (Xen) it is not automatically connected to it and, accordingly, the virtual machine does not start.
Maybe someone knows how to make XenServer try to endlessly connect to the storage and start the virtual machine using standard tools

I'm not sure if it's possible with regular ones, but as an option - add a script to autoload that will:
1) Enable Maintenance Mode after reboot so that virtual machines do not start ahead of time: xe host-disable
2) Check if the required storage is connected: xe pbd-list
3) For now parameter currently-attached will not be true trigger sleep 60
4) Turn off Maintenance Mode
