How to provide access to the local network to the OVPN client on Mikrotik?

The OpenVPN server is set to Mikrotik.
Connected to it via OVPN.
But the client is not visible on the local network (does not respond).
Turning off the rules in the firewall did not help.

You can try to specify ARP in the interface that corresponds to the local network: proxy-arp
