How to provide access to a site by domain name through Pfsense?

Good afternoon!
Given:

  1. Dedicated white ip from the provider
  2. Domain name (domain.xyz)
  3. A piece of iron with pfSense (wan - white ip from dip, lan - 192.168.0.1/24)
  4. Web server (192.168.0.2)

Is it possible using pfSense to forward access from the outside to the web server over the domain?

Yes it is possible! first, at the domain name registrar, you need to change the NS record and specify your white IP as servers, then in pfsense, if your webmord looks at the WAN, change its port to any other! not on 80 or 8080! then in NAT you need to forward from the WAN the incoming port 80 to the LAN and the port on which the web server is running. in fact, this is a domain name registrar redirecting to your IP! for some registrars, you can add the port on which it should knock on your IP, in this case, in pfsense, you need to forward the port that you specified.
