How to prove to the Federal Antimonopoly Service the fact of a spam autodial on a landline?
The city phone began to receive automatic advertising calls from a certain "Performia" - after picking up the handset, an audio recording with an advertisement for their seminars is turned on and then redirected to some left call center.
I want to file a complaint against these beauties with the FAS under paragraph 2 of Art. 18 of the Federal Law "on advertising" - advertising using auto-dialers is unacceptable in any form. If everything is clear with the evidence base on mobile networks (the story with Rostelecom in 2010), then how to prove the fact of such calls to a landline phone?

About a year ago, I caught myself thinking that almost all incoming calls to the landline phone are spam. Everyone who really interests me, calls on the mobile.
I turned off the city to hell and now on Sunday mornings I am not bothered by intrusive calls.
PS Unfortunately, this does not solve the problem of the neighbors and the perforator.
