How to prove to the client that the person wrote in Direct after advertising?

Yes, most often messages come in which indicate from which advertisement the application was made.

But there are times when this is not indicated

and at the same time a new lead is still observed in AdsManager. What should I do if there are ~100 such applications per day and it is important for me to know whether this message was from advertising or from organic traffic?

Unfortunately, for advertising with the purpose of messages in Direct, there is not yet a function like in Messenger - where it shows from which advertisement this or that person wrote to you.
Since this function is new, not everything is configured in it yet, therefore there is no such mark, unfortunately, but you can leave your suggestion/feedback to our developers at the following link: https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/268228883256323
