How to protect yourself from SIM change?

In connection with the latest attacks in Germany ( https://habrahabr.ru/company/pt/blog/328328/), I would like to somehow protect myself from such attacks (SS7, SIM card change by attackers). I remember that somewhere on Habré I saw an article with security tips, in particular, they gave advice on protecting against reissuing a SIM card and advertised a service for tracking a SIM card. Help me find it please.

No way. If we are talking about Russia. You need to be suicidal in order to tie services to a SIM card.

I read the article,
( https://habrahabr.ru/company/pt/blog/328328/)
If you are really concerned:
- Use banks that provide a hardware one-time password generator instead of SMS (there are such ones in Europe for sure).
- or a Mac computer, since there are not so many malicious programs for the Mac OS X operating system, and it is unlikely that anyone will design Trojan horse programs of this level for Mac.
In general, the probability of Internet banking password leakage is very low.
And don't use browser password remembering. Better something like LastPass or domestic SafeInCloud

Unfortunately, for Sberbank, the password generator is apparently no longer relevant: izvestia.ru/news/604681 . Perhaps I did not quite accurately formulate the question, the protection measures for the computer are clear. Interested in measures to protect against re-issuance of SIM cards. Those. Is it possible to somehow monitor the activity of the SIM card, for example, I'm sleeping, and at this time someone is reissuing my SIM card with the assistance of a representative of the telecom operator (if I'm not mistaken, there was a story with hacking the linked mail using a reissued SIM card).

Keep money under the mattress - if there is no money on the card, then stealing it will not work.

The best defense is anonymity. If no one knows about your deeds, then they will not attack. In general, there are many other more effective ways to fuck your phone number.
