How to protect yourself from a competitor who clicks on Adsense many times?

Hello . Faced with this is a competitor site that visits the site every day and starts clicking on one Adsense ad, changes IP again and again. He already did this on my other site and Adsense blocked me for invalid clicks or cheating like this. Now when I do Adsense for another site it reappeared so far I have removed the ads and am looking for a way to protect myself from this. There are options? As I understand it, you can’t intercept a click on Adsense, on a friend’s site it used to be like this if someone clicks on an ad, then there is a redirect to the script where the cookie is created and the ad is no longer shown for 48 hours. Help who faced with this. Thank you in advance .

1) you need to try to show the site to people, not bots
2) false positives will be the
easiest - try cloudflare
if not - anti-bot tools of different levels, the coolest ones are fraught with processor load, the simplest ones can violate AdSense
rules which is in the iframe, it is impossible
